Brought my Pontiac Solstice to Heritage Collision to get an opinion on what to do about the lower part of my front end bumper that was damaged by hitting the curb at end of a parking space. Asked Anthony to check it out ... he laid on the ground and was able to pull it out to its normal position. NO CHARGE. This place knows how to treat its customers. Highly recommended for its friendliness, professionalism and quality work.

If I could give Antonio 10 stars I would. I purchased a used car for my teenager and it came with a bad fender bender. He took the time to research the best way for me to fix it within my budget. He did an amazing job. On top of his impeccable work, he treated me with such respect and kindness. I highly recommend him and his team at Heritage for any work you need done. Great business. Recently, my elderly mom noticed that her Honda CRV had been hit by another car in the parking lot. Because I live out of state, it was hard to help her in this situation. Everyone is very nice and professional. My under bumper protector was hang in off and I pulled into Heritage 15 minutes before closing and took my car in for repair. I received back by 10am the following morning. That's service! I know who my go to body shop will be when I need work. Great people!

I had my bumper partially falling off on my Camry and I had called around to a few places to have it checked out with no luck. One place even denied me service because our schedules didn't match up. But this place had me in and out in less than 10 minutes and did it for free. You can't get better service than that.

Stopped into Heritage Collision this week to ask their opinion and obtain estimate on a scrape on my new SUV. Even though a sign on the door stated closing early today, they happily looked at my SUV, 20 min before their early close, and asked when it was convenient for me to drop it off I have used them 2X before and found their work to be of high quality with great customer service. Picked up the SUV today and since it was such a light scrape, no dent, they were able buff it out quickly and didn't charge me. Customer service often not seen today, fortunate to have such a business on the shoreline!
