Never thought I’d leave a review for a bank, but I had to leave one for the wonderful service I received here. I’m not even from this town but had to stop by for something. I’ve been to many Keybank branches and this was the best experience I’ve had. The teller Georgia was polite, fast and very professional. She got me in and out in a couple minutes and just made me feel very welcomed as a Keybank client.

I just went into the Guilford branch and had the most horrible and uncooperative experience with the "Teller Supervisor" and Personal Banker. They were both very rude and condescending and I had a completely unhelpful interaction. The Personal Banker actually yelled at me. And I never got my initial question answered. I will never bank at KeyBank again. I called Corporate in Cleveland OH. You'll be hearing from them.
