I’m In Heaven!
I’m in Heaven! I’d been praying for a hairstylist who would listen to what I’d like, rather than standard issue “how everyone else looks.” I finally stumbled upon Alicia Huelsman at Lis a Lis when I was in Guilford for a doctor’s appointment. The whole salon is oriented toward listening to patrons. And now I’m happily driving an hour from Avon to Guilford because I look like me, rather than anyone else — in a courteous, mellow environment. Yay Alicia. And everyone else there, too.

Trinity is so good she always does my haircut and color so great. I had black dyed hair and she brought it to platinum and pink for me and then we did blue after as well. The prices are so worth it she’s the best

I have been going to Trinity for 10+ years and won’t let anyone else touch my hair. She has really helped get my hairs length and texture to the healthiest it has ever been and the color is full and vibrant. She is honest with her professional opinion and collaborates with her clients to make sure they are happy. I could not recommend a better person to cut and color hair!

We've been going to Lis a Lis for about 6 years! I love every stylist there - our favorite is Marylynn. She is so talented, and inside and out a wonderful person. I've never met anyone so dedicated, and patient. She has spent many hours to get color just right and has had practical solutions we all love. Always stunning results you can see in her Insta profile. I appreciate every minute that we get with Marylynn!

I came to this salon in 2020 after receiving a botched (and very expensive) keratin treatment elsewhere. Marylynn, the kindest and most knowledgeable hairstylist I’ve ever worked with assessed my hair and remedied the damage. She listens to my expectations, yet makes recommendations for cuts and products that align with my style. Her Brazilian blowouts are FANTASTIC. I will never go to another salon!

Maurizio was an exceptional stylist! His cut and color were perfect. I have been to many salons in my lifetime. This was the best ever. The salon is clean and very pretty, and I will go there as long as I live in the Guilford area.
