I have been very happy with Nerds to go for years. I loved their theme music and the skill of their staff.But today, although satisfied with the service call, I can not afford close to 500$ for a half hour visit. So sad.

Underpromised, overdelivered. Quick to diagnose the problem. Fixed it in about 33% of the estimated time. A satisfying conclusion to my computer woes. True experts, fair prices. Hopefully I won't have to see a computer expert ever again, but if I do, I'm going to nerds.Amber is a great customer service representative! Shame I didn't get to meet the rest of the team.They even cleaned my computer for no extra charge on top of what I brought it to them for! Thanks guys. Sorry for giving you probably the most unpleasant pc you've dealt with in a while.

I have had several techs to the house and they quickly understand what is needed to be addressed to make the computer functioning effectively.Matthew has done excellent work at identifying what was creating it impossible to use the computer.He is patient and an excellent listener, who wants to fix the problems I was having with computer.He is one of the top technicians at Nords to go.

Reasonable prices. The staff was knowledgeable and had great communication. My daughter had dropped her apple laptop, and the screen was altered. They replaced it within a week and cost just over $500. We were quoted that amount up front with no surprises. Other places were quoting close to double that amount. Highly recommend

Installed Netgear Orbi AXE11000/RBKE962 WiFi 6E Mesh System. Improved WiFi outside house for WiFi camera installation. Checked with cell phone.

My laptop mother board completely stopped working. Brought my SSD card in for data recovery and two days later had all my data on an external hard drive. Installed it on my new laptop and they were able to recovered 100% of my data. Great service, and Great Recovery Price. Will use Nerds To Go Guilford again if the needs arise.

Although they were not able to fix my computer, they were amazing. They explained why, explained what to do next, and even provided me documentation for my next steps for trying to get a refund on my now useless computer. They were absolutely amazing and I would return to them again if I needed. Thank you for your help.

The screen for my 2020 MacBook Air was broken last week. I called around to Geek Squad, Apple, and Nerds to go to see who could do it the quickest and cheapest. Nerds to go quoted me around $500 for a screen replacement, and about a week for repair time. Geek squad and Apple quoted around the same, but said it could take up to a month to repair. I chose to go with nerds to go for their price, and quick repair time. I was able to drop it off that same day to start the repair process. This was my first time using Nerds to go, and they made the process very easy. I dropped off my laptop, they fixed it within the week, and I was able to pick up my repaired laptop. Kyle and Brandy were both very friendly and helpful. Kyle seemed very knowledgeable. I had gotten caught in traffic on my way to drop off my MacBook for repairs, and Kyle even stayed open a few minutes past closing so that I was still able to drop it off! So happy to have my MacBook back! Would definitely use Nerds to go again (but hopefully I won't have too.)
