Best described as a lesser version of whole foods. Decent deli and selection of veggies and meats, but lacking a hot bar and more specialty items I would expect to see in this sort of store. This is literally my favorite market in Coastal CT! They have fresh organic produce, unique items that are anti inflammatory and gluten free, it’s my favorite place to shop and I’m there minimum 5 days a week
