I had an issue with an expansion piece that I bought for our dog kennel. And I had to go through customer service for the entire company before they told me that I needed to reach out to the store location where the product came from. This is where it came from, and I have to tell you, the conversation that I had with the store manager, Bill was very polite, and he actually was able to help me to resolve an issue I had rapidly and with great customer service. I appreciate Bill taking the time to not only listen to me, but then call me back to let me know that the issue was resolved. It made me feel heard, and I will continue to use tractor supply company for real for this reason.

I don’t know who does their hiring, but they always have a fantastic staff… Every time I go in they are friendly and proactively helpful. And it’s not just a couple of outliers, the whole staff is great.

Poor inventory. Stuff sitting in the aisles which makes navigation with a shopping cart frustrating. Very often it takes a lot longer than it should to get through the checkout line.

Good location as it’s on the Boston Post Road and not too far from I-95. Plenty of parking. The store is well stocked and clean. I’ve never had a problem finding staff to help me. Check out is usually quick. Definitely recommend

The employees are always so nice. Went looking for a lick pad/slow feeder for the dog after the local pet shop didn't have one. Sadly TS didn't either BUT was able to get some other things instead.
