Hands down the most unhelpful staff I've ever come across. The lady I spoke to not only didn't know what she was talking about but also had an attitude that showed that she couldn't even bother to try. A younger girl tried to help me out but by that point I already said I was all set and going to go elsewhere. I recommend any other UPS store or drop off location where you will likely have someone who is more helpful and doesn't clearly hate customers.

Just tried this store coming from clinton. Who ever is in charge of training the customer service people should also teach how to talk to people. I needed help with a label that was sent to me on my phone. I am not very good with sending info. I asked very politely for verbal help in explaining how to do the label. The person seemed to have an attitude and did not let me finish saying what I needed. I also was there to purchase a box to put the return in. I am very old fashioned and polite when I talk with people and I was taken back by the way both these representatives handled my transaction.

This place has the best employees the best attitude. They are extremely professional but very nice educated people & know what they’re doing. I’m so lucky ( my step father & I are always in awe no matter how busy they are they are have a positive attitude. At times when I go in there I’d like them to drop everything & just go out for drinks to show our appreciation. I went through & extremely hard year & got badly hurt. But this is one errand I don’t mind running. Thank u ups Guilford customer service 10 friendliest 10 knowledge 10. They just make life easier with a smile. This store is run right ups could learn from them. Thx sincerely

Terrible service today 10/26/2024 at 10:45 I visited UPS and was served by an older lady who worked reluctantly, she was not able to greet customers in a friendly manner and much less had the patience to explain to me what I had to do since she spoke to me in such a stressful manner that made me feel like an idiot, I was only there for something so small, it could have been something quick and I could have had a good experience but it wasn't like that, I don't know why people like that work in contact with people if they can't handle their stress...

Every time I go - ALL the employess KNOW what they are doing and handles the crowd going from 0 - 30 with no angst, accommodating everyone thoroughly and as quickly as possible. I especially like the lady with pigtails, well actually, I especially like everyone that works there because everyone is professional.

Under no circumstances should you use this store. Won't help with labels, makes you print them for $5 each. To simply print the label that they need to use to ship something. This should be illegal.
