Had a chair that was failing in the elastic cord. GCI customer service responded promptly and replaced the chair. Awesome customer service!!!

I got a outside rocker as a thank you gift.I love that chair! This Fall the material ripped and GCI replaced it immediately, This old timer thanks you so much. Excellent customer service
