Very VERY POOR service at this location- have had account for just over a year and this is at least the 3rd major issue I have had! Yesterday I deposited a check from, not only this bank, but from this branch, to cover a check, but they didn't post my deposit as cash like they should have, but held it for 3 days- I called and spoke to supervisor who said she would call me back- of course she did not- I then went to a Middletown branch at 4:54pm and deposited cash and they removed the bounce fee and my account was again $30 over what I needed to cover my written check- I was even looking at my mobile account as well as discussing the accidental fees and made sure I had everything covered. Before leaving the bank.... well 3 hours later I checked my mobile and guess what?!? The Higganum branch STILL did NOT post the Original check (that was written from their branch as cash) and bounced my check yet AGAIN and charged me another $33 bounce fee! So now again, I am short three dollars for the original check that should've never bounced to begin with, plus the other bank is going to charge me at least two bounce fees and nobody at Liberty will take responsibility - this is not the first, nor even the second issue I've had with the Higganum Branch screwing things up and keeping access to my cash that should've been immediately available from me- tomorrow I go and close this account!!! It is worth the $12 a month to use Bank of America- they might overcharge you, but they've never screwed up my account in 14 years with them and I have always had access to my money! Oh yeah- their mobile app leaves a lot to be desired too!
