My furniture was stolen at my apartment by my son I gave Aaron's a police report and still make me pay for a set that I do not have. After I pay this bill for furniture I do not have I will never ever rent from Araron I've been with this for 5 years and this how they do me in I pay for insurance also .

Hello I've been a LOYAL Customer since 2005 and New Britain and Hamden Locations Great Customer Service. Luis @the Hamden Locatiin great Customer service explained everything to my hubby and I and he really needs a raise, employee of the month we are satisfied with Aaron's workers in Hamden CT Location... This place is in responsible they harass you for payments but once the merchandise they provide you it's either put the wrong way or damage even if you pay insurance they give you the runaround so the stuff could get fixed I paid nearly $6,000 for a bed room set the bed was horrible the spring was horrible I contact them for either fix it or change mattress and I'm still waiting for them to do so but every week they want their payment..?

I do not suggest doing business with this store. Ashley the General Manager is extremely unprofessional, and i see by reading the other reviews that i am not the only one to feel this way. As a result of attempting to do business with this store, i experienced a lot of frustration along with wasted time.

Today was the first time I ever walked into an establishment of this type because I needed a dramatic change in my home and fast. Didn't expect to walk into such of experience from the store manager very well spoken and knowledgeable of her job. Explained everything in detail I will not only recommend coming in but I will be back to make future purchases customers experience was on another level. She needs to be placed on the next arron commercial thanks again to Ms Lewis for the wonderful experience and making my day

I will never deal with the Hamden CT store, very unprofessional customer service your better off ordering online. The sales staff inside the store (Carmen) ran my credit card for a bedroom set and tv stand, but didn’t put my complete order in the computer system which then she turned around and sold the TV stand to another customer that I paid for. I’ve been waiting for these items since November 15th and I had to call several times and go into the store to find out she never did her job or had the common courtesy or the professionalism to contact me in regards to this matter. I’ve also called to speak with the general manager (Richard) and instead of him communicating with his customers he plays the background manager sending messages through his sales staff… last attempt before resulting to other things I’ve reached out to corporate to file a complaint with the District manager (Mike Hills).. so disappointed with this store and the works. PS I purchased a NEW washer and dry that’s damaged.
