Bolt has been exactly the storage option I needed! I was moving this summer and wanted a monthly storage option, and Bolt was not only the most affordable option, but their customer service has been top notch! I appreciate the 24/7 hotline and the ability to rent units immediately online. The storage units also come with locks included, which is a big bonus. I would highly recommend Bolt Storage to anyone in the New Haven area!

Just rented this unit online and everything has gone very smoothly. Received access code via email and a lock with keys were waiting inside of the unit. Price point was better than anywhere else I've looked and more transparent. Would recommend

I didn't like that there is no handle on the door and the steep ramp to the door, but overall I am very happy with my unit, specially with the nice touch of the free padlock I found in the clean storage unit I rented at BOLT Storage in Hamden.
