Very rude… unfortunately I have anxiety and very bad gag reflects. So trying to take individual X-rays are a Challenge. The did not make me feel comfortable and if anything rudely telling me if I didn’t stop or take the X-rays. They weren’t going to lose their job because of it.Even the dentist wasn’t helpful. I know it’s but I know it’s not there fault that I have this but there was no compassion gentle manner just discussed the fact that I was putting them out. So no I will never go there again.

The staff at Aspen (Hamden) are exceptional. The office is clean and bright, and there are tv’s at every chair. The front desk staff are very friendly and were able to help get my insurance straightened out as well as going over all payment options for my procedures. The x-ray tech was beyond patient when I had a little trouble keeping still. The dentist was very warm and caring, answering any questions/concerns I had and informing me of next steps. And the hygienist is just fantastic – thorough and knowledgeable . My only regret is that I didn’t start going to Aspen sooner. Would give 10 stars if possible.

I had the most pleasant experience at the Hamden CT office today, everyone I was in contact with were very pleasant and professional and courteous to me. I have to have major work done and they went thru, step by step on how they were going to proceed and explained in detail what to expect. I went in there a little nervous and they all put my mind at ease. I would refer anyone I know to them, by the time I left there I had all my appointments already scheduled for the procedures I need done in a good orderly fashion from start to finish, I was very impressed when I walked out the door ?

I had a great experience from the moment my wife walked in the. Receptionist was warm and friendly.I made my appointment on line thus morning and was seen by 330 TODAY!!I have been having a great deal of pain. My "regular" dentist couldn't see until April when I made the appointment in late January. So my new "regular "dentist will now be at Aspen Dental of Hamden Ct.My dental assistant took rays and also assisted the Hygienist and Dentist throughout.All of these women were AMAZING! Warm friendly,kind, and knowledgeable.5+++ stars from this new patient of Aspen Dental. I have a long road ahead of me for dental health with this team and kinda look forward to my future visits. Now who has ever said they look forward to going to the Dentist ??

We were walk-ins in regards with my husband. He was in severe pain. The Doctor saw him with in minutes of us being there. His problem was not what we thought it to be, however the Dr. steered us in the right direction, making my husband a happy camper ?

If I could give 0or negative stars I would. DO NOT give this place your business. They are running a racket and they deserve to be brought up on criminal charges. They refuse to take legitimate insurance information saying that the services patients need aren’t covered by most insurance plans. They give bogus x-rays that they then refuse to release if you choose a different dental provider. Also DO NOT let them tell you that you have gingivitis. They are trying to justify charging you for a “special cleaning” that your insurance plan won’t cover. Aspen Dental should be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Oh and don’t think I didn’t notice the disproportionate number of patients who happened to be elderly people of color. Shame on you Aspen Dental! You ought to be sued for malpractice and predatory, discriminatory billing practices.ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!
