The young man transferred all the games which I do not use but didn't transfer several apps which I do use. And it took forever. I think he was a new hire. He was well meaning but could have been better trained.

I called before I came all the way from West Haven since the store in Orange is out of them. All I needed was a glass screen protector and for it to be put on my phone. I arrived at 3:48 and all 5 workers told me they were all going on break at the same time therefore they wouldn’t be able to help me at all.
