I've gone to this AutoZone a few times in the past week to replace some broken bulbs. Prices were fair, service was quick and friendly, and they even helped me replace the bulbs.

Purchased a new battery and alternator. The battery cables at the posts were badly corroded as were the brackets that held the battery in place. It took 45 minutes to get it installed. Keven B. the young man who worked with it was great. He didn't get frustrated, kept problem solving and most importantly maintained a great sense of humor. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done well. When I interact with a customer service person that truly enjoys their job and has great people skills I think they should be acknowledged. Thanks Kevin!

My mothers car wouldn't start, i was able to jump it, i called around to get a new one, then decided I would take it to Autozone, Louis had a battery in stock and was able to install it for her!!

The Sign on the door and google both say 9:00pm closed but the night staff wanna close and lock up at 8:30pm kinda messed up when people need parts still

I always come to this AutoZone on Dixwell Ave. just because of Helen.She is extremely knowledgeable about her business but besides that she is very professional and polite. She trains the new hires is respectful with clients and gives good advice so you get the job done and take care of your car.Great asset for AutoZone.Thank you.

Absolute worst customer service by two women employees, I went in to discuss the problems I was having with two bad batteries I recently purchased from Autozone for two of my vehicles. Both women dismissed my concerns and treated me like I was trying to scam them. Both of them had no compassion for my situation. Both of these women need more customer service training
