I received excellent service for my windshield wiper yesterday! I went in and Abdul helped me find the right size windshield wiper for the driver side, and he offered to switch it out for free! Thank you for being so helpful, and customer service is stellar!

Went in there for the first time ever to get my battery replaced after having to jump-start it and I cannot say enough good things! Firstly, I did not feel like I was being upsold out of money. Louis was incredibly patient when switching out my car battery, and even stayed after hours to make sure everything was installed correctly. It's rare to find such great customer service these days, and I really appreciated the experience. Highly recommend!

We had the privilege of working with Eugene (Goes by Gene). He helped my daughter and I pick out and install a battery into her car. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. AutoZone is lucky to have someone like him working for them. We will be back for future car need because of Gene. Thank you

Great people first time in the store and they treated me like family, gave me all kinds of insight and assistance while I changed my brake master cylinder in they’re lot, even gave a hand when I had too bleed the cylinder.

The worst experience today saturday 8/17/2024 at 7:12 pm no body there just a young girl in her cellphone giving a bad face because im asking for different parts and at the end i didnt get what i need the part she gave me is not for my car because she cant hang up her cellphone and help me Auto Zone have cameras all over the store i left you guys the date time and details so that way you guys can confirm that im not just telling a lie to mess up your store because i love auto zone but is sad when you guys hired people that all they want is a paycheck without working for it.

Messed up I drove from very far to get here. They close at 9 they had their doors closed at 8:50. I was trying to return a part then buy something and they said it’s not possible. Unfair.
