Although I had no idea going to the inspection with Michael, I came out of there understanding everything and all the thing I needed to know, very professional, informative and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. Price was very generous based on what I was told that it could have been. Point out great things to me that will save me tons of money and not putting my money on a house that will be a money pits. Thanks to Bender Inspection and Michael again for the great service. will highly recommend this service to anyone without a doubt.

Mike was great to work with on the purchase of our home. He identified areas of concern, areas for improvement, and provided us a thorough inspection report. We had some issues that needed to be addressed by our sellers and I had concerns about how best to resolve it. I emailed Mike with a question in the evening and he immediately called to discuss. He had already completed our inspection, gave us the report, and was already paid for his work. However he still took the time to call me during the evening, talk through my concerns and also provided some contacts who could answer the more specific questions about the work to be done. This extra level of customer service was greatly appreciated and not something found in most companies.

Michael is fantastic to work with. Well versed in his work and is very quick to respond to questions. He helped us with an inspection on a home and I could not be more satisfied. On top of being thorough while conducting the inspection, he is also a great informational resource. He would talk to us directly and explain everything he found in an easy to understand way. The report he generated was easy to follow and provided educational graphics outlining how things should be and why. Highest recommendations for anyone in need of a home inspection.

After taking on the ownership of a property, we wanted someone thorough, professional, and objective to inspect it so that we could prioritize the work ahead. Michael was all of these things!He arrived early (with excellent communication, giving us a heads up on his early arrival beforehand), and he assessed the property very systematically. There were a few surprises, and he talked us through the findings as he went along. Being in the industry, he also has recommendations for vendors/contractors, if you ask.After the inspection, he delivered a timely report, early the next day.We are glad we had our property inspected and would recommend Bender Inspection to anyone in CT who needs this service.
