Mr. Cappella really went out of his way to help me out and took customer service to the next level. I'm a college student from out of state and he took the time to show me what was up with my car as well as explain all my options. Then he explained it all again over the phone to my parents. He's not a mechanic that just tries to upsell or convince you into fixing an issue that isn't there. He's a very genuine guy and I'd recommend him to everyone, especially QU students as he really does go above and beyond to help people out!

Bobby and his staff have been looking after us for years now. Honest work is hard to find nowadays and this place is exactly what it is. He does his best to accommodate you and if you’re nearby he’ll even drop you off or pick you up to get your car.

Bobby and the crew have been such a nice peace of mind for me. From brakes, to stripped bolts, to radiator problems they've always been there. Great service and great guys. I recommend these guys to everyone I know. I have been using them since I moved here and have yet to have any complaints. You guys rock!

There aren’t many mechanics like Bob Cappella anymore. Someone who is personable, knowledgeable and honest! I brought my 2010 Prius in because the check engine light came on (cylinder misfire) and he would not give up until he finally fixed the issue. It took some time but at the end of the day he did not leave his customer out to dry. I am thoroughly impressed! And will have no problems recommending him to everyone that I know.Service: Engine repair
