My experience as a bank customer — 3 months so far, and everything has been great. The staff are very pleasant and professional; I’ve interacted with two managers and some tellers. The branch is clean and cozy. I’ll continue to observe :)

Very poor customer service, employees do. It know information they should know, so very poor employee knowledge base. And they don’t seem to care.

My fiance and I went last week to open a joint account as new members. Magdalia helped us with opening our account, and she was wonderful. She answered every question, even the dumb ones, and was very friendly. She seemed not only interested in opening our account, but giving us the best available options and talked to us like friends instead of customers. It was a great introduction to the company.

Staff is clueless. After being on the phone and coached through what I needed to do by Chase’s team, this branch had no idea what to do to help me on two separate occasions, despite having all of the information and paperwork required. I was made to sign up for another credit card (despite already having an application in the system) and then told to wait for a call (which never came). Second time I went in after calling chase services again with the same instructions, the second banker also had zero idea what to do and requested the wrong paperwork from me and told me to basically leave and come back with the paperwork that was not needed.I have since spoken to the chase supervisory team to confirm I did everything correct and will have to try a different branch to complete my banking.

Another infuriating experience with a CT Chase branch. Subpar, sub-subpar across the board, from management down. Extremely disappointing.

This was our first time visiting this Chase branch. As we entered the bank, we were immediately greeted by Amanda and she proceeded to help us with our needs. Both she and our teller, Michael, were pleasant, professional and great. Kudos to Chase on choosing such wonderful employees.
