Although the tellers are always very friendly, the service is always slow. Almost every time I come in there is someone new and they are undertrained. Management needs to do better at making sure the tellers know what they are doing.

Do not use for investments: when tax time comes and you need to know your contributions to your account they wont have the information unless you pay a fee. That is after you go through endless hoops of waiting on phone being told to talk to the mutual fund, who tells you to talk to the bank, who tells you to talk to the mutual fund....

I wanted to open an account on Monday. The woman told me she had another appointment coming in n at that time so I Made an appointment to set up an account a few days later. Appointment was scheduled for Wednesday. Arrived at bank at scheduled appointment time and no one be was there to assist me. 15 minutes late the person showed up saying she could not access her calendar and did not know we were on her schedule!!!!! Jacqulyn was rude and completely ignorant. She did not know how to open an account. She even threatened to call the legal department and report us for being rude because of her lack and of knowledge. The fact that you can not walk in a bank and open an account when you want to is just bad business. Stay away from this bank if you expect friendly customer service.

Great to bank with…been there forever but it seems the new tellers are extremely slow and confused as to what they’re doing…I’ve never waited so long for a transaction in this place until their new tellers came!

I have been a member for more than 10 years. Their customer service is excellent. I have been a customer at various banks for over 50 years. None of them can compare to the service I receive from Connex. I never have any surprise fees for cashing a check, service fees for not maintaining a certain balance, etc. It is all free. I was paid back some money from a friend with their bank check. Took it to their branch, and they told me I had to pay a $7.00 processing fee since I did not have an account. No exceptions. Pointed out to the teller it was their check, written by their account holder, they should honor it. They said no, we don't do that.

At this location there meeting is more important than the customer the tellers didnt know how to print a replacement atm card and they called the people who knew but they wouldn't come out the meeting or answer them in the phone you can see them through the window one lady looked back I guess she saw I was black she thought it wasn't important or answer the phone so much for customer service.

The most incompetent bank ever. Charged $498.00 in overdraft fees while they had $70,000 of my money in a money market account. Really, not one concerned phone call ????? Never do business with these folks.
