Had a interview Monday was the most unprofessional one I have been too yet !Manager is full of her self interview was trashhhh. Didn’t shake my hand barely asked me what I was looking for how much money I was looking to get paid hourly was really all about her barely knew how to do a full real interview waste of a drive there & a hour sitting in a broken chair. Get a new manager & staff cause they are trash !!!!

Never again! I am still livid. A couple of the female stylists in the Hamden location have no clue what 1 1/2 to 2 inches looks like. I went in for a trim this past Tuesday; my hair falling just beyond the middle of my back. Gail was assigned to me and we had a very detailed conversation while she washed my hair about a prior experience from a few years ago where another stylist had cut my long hair to my shoulders when I only instructed her to take off 2 inches.
