Had a interview Monday was the most unprofessional one I have been too yet !Manager is full of her self interview was trashhhh. Didn’t shake my hand barely asked me what I was looking for how much money I was looking to get paid hourly was really all about her barely knew how to do a full real interview waste of a drive there & a hour sitting in a broken chair. Get a new manager & staff cause they are trash !!!!

Never again! I am still livid. A couple of the female stylists in the Hamden location have no clue what 1 1/2 to 2 inches looks like. I went in for a trim this past Tuesday; my hair falling just beyond the middle of my back. Gail was assigned to me and we had a very detailed conversation while she washed my hair about a prior experience from a few years ago where another stylist had cut my long hair to my shoulders when I only instructed her to take off 2 inches. Its a decent store, with helpful people. There are no carriages for small children, so if you're a working mom bring your strollers.

Just went had my hair cut I hate it . Asked please leave the top Longer, even showed a picture. She cut it so short , so upset won’t need a hair cut for 3 months. Why can’t they do what you ask???

I love that the staff is very knowledgeable and they help you with product questions and with hairdressing tips on general. I feel confident that I'm am going to get what I am looking for as a stylist plus I have the confidence that I will get the answers I need to my hairdressing questions. This way I may be of better service to my clients

I think if an establishment says it's going to be open at 8:30am it should be open there should not be a “be right back†sticker posted to the door.

Had an interview with Stephanie. I sent her my resume and she then emailed me ( calling me Lindsey and my name is Jessica) in the email she asked me to call her to set up a time. I did so and the times available were 9:30 and 11am. I took the 9:30 spot. I arrived on time for my interview and Stephanie tells me my interview was at 9:15am and she has someone coming in at 9:30 so she doesn't have time to interview me. However its now passed 9:30 and I'm assuming she was looking for a Lindsey at this point( whom she referred to me as in the email). Having worked retail management as well as being a licensed cosmetologist for 2.5 years, I've never been so disgusted by an interview process as I am this morning. This was very unprofessional.
