The customer service agent I wanna say her name is Myra (forgive me) was amazing and the facility was clean. It was a bit more expensive than the others I researched but I'm happy with my choice

RODENT INFESTATION do not go here! We had furniture and things stored for less than 2 months and they were ruined -including a new mattress- by mouse pee and poop and chewing! The manager said “oh yea we know about that,” But would not offer a refund or reimbursement of any kind for our loss! We even opted for the upgraded indoor climate-control storage. Absolutely unacceptable!
UPDATE: the owner responded publicly here, I sent info but they have not done ANYTHING to remedy this still
