Left 2 messages for a call back within a few days of each other w/no response. Just called a different CVS and left a message so hopefully they can help. This is completely unaccceptable!

I wish I could give negative rating. Came to this store for the first time. Extremely rude staff. Don’t shop here.

One of my prescriptions is always out of stock even though I need to take it in a daily basis. And is in auto renewal. I’ve requested that at least a dose is kept in stock to no avail.
The store flooring is always dirty, trash pushed to the sides towards the shelving instead of being vacuumed up. Got to wonder if it’s based upon location as to why this part of the store is unkept.

I made an appointment for a flu shot on line. I checked in online. The woman said she didn’t have my name on her list. I showed her my cellphone check in and she said oh that’s minute clinic on the other side. After waiting 20 minutes in the wrong section of the store, I go 3 feet away and waited another 10 minutes. That person said Medicare doesn’t cover the shot on this side and I can go back to the other side. Went back there and it was a 20 minute wait. WTH happened to customer service.

I was just made aware that when you call the pharmacy you have to leave a voicemail, this method is not convenient.

Cvs apparently is a nationally slow moving company, no matter the state. Their always long wait drive thru is slower than picking up inside. That's probably because they think we wouldn't mind waiting 20 minutes to get to the teller then another 7-10 minutes more waiting for the guy to match letters to find names to give you your medicine that's supposed to be already for pick. I've been getting my medication for half a year at cvs after moving from another state. I finally decide to change my number to this state and all of a sudden. Cvs erases my insurance information in this state under my old states number and creates a new account without my insurance from this state and then charges me for medication I've been getting covered. With an excuse of even tho I didn't update my number thru a AI. It is supposed to be an AI fault as to why my insurance information was removed under old state number but new state number gives them old state address of a year ago with no current active insurance so they tried to charge me for medication that my in the state insurance been covering. So unless someone from my old state had my current ct number with my NY old info. Cvs practice sneaky fraud crap they will blame on AI

I waited in the drive-through line for nearly 30 minutes, only to finally pull up to the window to see they had closed. The same happened to 3 other cars ahead of me. How was this any different than waiting in line in the store?? They would have taken me if I was in the building. The clerk was more interested in getting out on time than they were in providing customer service. Since CVS is in bed with the insurance company, my choices are limited, but they are the worst.

This is THE worst pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. I am changing to another pharmacy much further away because they are incapable of doing their jobs.

Absolutely horrible in every way.. you can't even talk to a pharmacist.. this robot answers the phone and has no idea what you are saying.. and I speak English .. no accent.. or anything like that... and after you scream at the robot for a good 5 minutes to connect you to the pharmacist no one ever picks up the phone.. ive sat on hold many times for over an hour till I just gave up and hung up the phone.. Absolutely b.s .. I can't believe this is how they treat their customers.... especially someone like me who desperately needs my meds and especially my rescue inhaler .. nope no one even bothers to give a dam .. I am done with cvs

Absolute garbage customer service. Woman answering the phone in the pharmacy is always rude and short. They told me on the phone they were filling my prescription, then sent me a text that my prescription was filled - but now have no trace of this prescription being filled and the medication is out of stock. When asked how this could happen - she has no idea of course. Absolute incompetence with people's medical needs.

During a recent trip away from home, I found myself feeling under the weather and in need of medical attention. With concerns about Covid and strep before a flight, I visited the CVS MinuteClinic in Hamden, Connecticut. There, I had the pleasure of being cared for by Nurse Practitioner Kyra Evans.
From the moment I walked in, Kyra greeted me with warmth and understanding. Despite the busy clinic environment, she took the time to listen to my concerns attentively, ensuring that no detail was overlooked. Her empathetic approach made me feel heard and valued, a rarity in the fast-paced world of healthcare.
Kyra’s thorough examination and clear communication put my mind at ease, providing me with the assurance I needed to continue my travels safely. Her professionalism and kindness shone through, making what could have been a stressful experience a reassuring one.
It’s healthcare professionals like Kyra Evans that truly make a difference in patients’ lives. Her dedication to patient care and her ability to connect on a human level are commendable. The world indeed needs more practitioners like her—those who not only possess the medical expertise but also the compassion that elevates patient care to exceptional heights.
THANK YOU KYRA!
