Amazing service he is super nice and professional! This is my first car so I don’t know much about cars and he helped me out a lot and it is greatly appreciated.Did my oil change for a very low price and also helped me out with my rusty pipes under my car I didn’t even know anything about 😭. If you need any repairs call go to this shop before anything !

Was in talks for over a week about a 17 a3 they had there . I got there & there was an engine light on, driver system fault , safety system fault, Cruise control system fault , Start stop malfunction. I questioned why all these lights were on they said it needed the Wastegate actuator. Which wae around a 350 dollar part from audi.i bought the car & It ended up needing the whole turbo done, the suspension was rusted all underneath but that’s on me for not checking that in all honesty. I’ve dropped a lot of money into the car so far. Hopefully that’s it for now. Also when I went to the car it had no oil but they did one free of charge right there so that’s good but the tires were sitting at 65 psi glad I caught that the next day. At the end of the day thered only so much they can know about a certain brand car when they sell many different ones but it would’ve been nice if they let me know ahead of time about the codes that’s all. They were nice to me & it was an easy purchase experience hence why the 3 stars.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! All cars have major problems. The manager deletes all signals so when u buy the car it looks like they are in great condition. Also when u buy the car he will offer a warranty. The reason of the warranty is so when you come back the next day with your car malfunctioning. He’ll tell u to call the warranty and lie to them about ur car so he can make money of you. Also make sure when you sign the contract you double check if your deposit has been applied to your balance or loan. They don’t add ur down payment to ur loan or ur balance in the car. They actually pocket all that money. Make sure you educate yourself with DMV as well since they had a lot of complaints from customers. The minute you call and explain the problem he will make you promises but after you hang up the phone he will dodge you all the way. And u will be left with a loan and a car that doesn’t work. My advise once this happens call the DMV and an Inspector so you don’t stay with a malfunctioning car or without your money or stuck with a loan for a car you can’t drive. Do your homework first before buying a car. Because a lot of dealers nowadays r doing a lot of frauds to get money from customers who r not aware of how the system works. Do NOT THROW UR MONEY AWAY WITH DYNAMIC ON DIXWELL.

I took my SUV for repair. I had a car warranty It took them weeks before they said they wouldn't even deal with the warranty company. However they never even called them. I called before I even asked them before then. Only giving 3 stars because they agreed to tow it to another repair garage. I will never deal with them again. Can't be trusted.
