THERE ARE SO MANY EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS IN CT ( Avoid this store by all means)
The worst customer service was provided by Assistant Manager Masood. He received my order, which was delivered at 1:13 PM, and first blamed the late delivery for the unavailability of the cookies I actually ordered for someone’s significant 30th birthday.
He then claimed I was missing just one cookie, which is untrue—I was actually missing 3 out of the 6 cookies, and the ones I did receive were stale substitution. He agreed the staleness could have been due to the late delivery and the assistant being unable to bake the cookies fresh I originally ordered. ( my order was delivered to party at 1:13pm)
He only offered me 3 cookies as compensation. When I asked about the protocol and why no one contacted me to inform me my order was unavailable, he said there is no protocol. With a nasty attitude, he claimed he couldn’t do anything yet, but went ahead proceeded to issue a partial refund without me speaking with the actually manager.
When I spoke to someone higher up, a full refund was promised. However, according to a store assistant Ashley today, she made it very clear that the assistant manager refuses to give me a refund.
All because of what ? They refuse to issue you kindness behind their customer service.

The service at the Hamden CT location was shameful. Sending the wrong order on Valentine’s Day was just the beginning. They did not return calls to their location or voicemails left to correct the problem. Customer service email saying manager would contact me never happened. Rep who finally answered after I called again days later didn’t even know who her manager was. Their website doesn’t even allow you to leave a review if it relates to service. I believe that says it all. Avoid this establishment! Wish I college a review lower than 1

Ordered my father a bouquet for Father’s Day, unfortunately he wasn’t home and they did not deliver until the next day but he said the fruit was fresh and delicious!

This location has always been my favorite place to get an Edible arrangement. I was there on April 12th to purchase a dozen chocolate covered strawberries and a balloon for my granddaughter. Once she opened the box and tasted just one chocolate covered strawberry, she devoured another one and shared the rest with party guests at her dinner celebration. The strawberries were very fresh and tasty.
The very next day, we returned to the Hamden store to purchase a half dozen chocolate covered strawberries. They were real scrumptious!
I should also mention that I experienced excellent customer service from the owner! Fortunately, I have never been disappointed during my visits at this location.

I generally order from the Dixwell Ave store & am very satisfied however I went to the store today to make a purchase because I had a taste for chocolate covered bananas. I was also going to purchase strawberries but because I didn’t want 6 of each the young lady said she couldn’t sell me the 2 bananas, 3 strawberries & the 2 cupcakes. This is absurd! Why wouldn’t you allow a customer to purchase from the already made items on display? It definitely makes me think twice about patronizing this store again. Very disappointed!

My boyfriend got me Sweet and delicious white chocolate covered strawberries , 2 mini cheesecake that were fresh and tasty. And 11 very beautiful roses. Was just curious why 11 roses. He asked for a dozen, but they insisted on this bouquet. Looking for more meaning behind 11. Everything made for a wonderful valentines weekend.
