Every time I enter the store, I’m never greeted by staff. Today I stood near Sneakers and not one employee asked me if I needed help. This happens each and every time I’ve ever entered that store.

Store hours optional? I was told the store was closed early due to a "big sale".... I won't be back. But if you plan to shop here call first. Smh ?

I visit this store the staff was stupid ? and unreliable . They don't know how to deal with costumer. I visited all stores in CT but in Hamden store was a worse visit of my life. I suggest to people to avoid that store terrible staff is working in this store.

I bought two pair of sneakers for my two daughters for christmas. On December 20th 2018, I then sent the sneakers to my daughters. My two daughters live in Georgia, they received the sneakers on January 3rd. The sneakers were a half size to big for each of them. My daughters look around Georgia thinking they would be able to make the return there only to discover there is no expressions in that area. My daughters sent the sneakers back to me to return. The sneakers got back about January 20th. I then went to expressions to explain the situation new sneakers receipt and box everything still brand new. Manager says we can't take them back its been more than 14 days. I explain the situation and he said I will contact corporate. Corporate calls two days later and tells me that there sorry but the rules are the rules. No help no return, no exchange brand new shoes. I will never shop there again 184.00 worth of merchandise.
