Excellent service at the Hamden, CT location. My girlfriend's Subaru Impreza needed to get the tires rotated and also got an alignment. I made appointment online and was out in a little over an hour.

Absolutely terrible 😞 service just move form NY so I'm new to the area brought my subaru outback and my mini Cooper for oil change and tire rotation.. The manager 😞a skinny red hair white guy was so rude to us 😕😞!!!! we are hard working people and you would think we stole something from this man... !! I don't know what kind of business 😕 this place is running but this man was very unpleasant and unprofessional.... we left never went back and will not be referring this business to NO ONE.... ABSOLUTELY NO ONE..😭😭😭😭

The store did fine the credit card is terrible difficult to know you balance or make payments not very user friendly considering a different option.

Excellent service here once again. Firestone has bailed me out on more than one occasion. I can always count on them for reliable, timely, and efficient service. They are also polite, professional, and prompt with returning calls & replying to online inquiries. The waiting area is clean and the proximity to stores convenient. I got the best deal on an oil change for my electric vehicle (been paying a lot more elsewhere unnecessarily) and they rotated my tires for free (tires had been purchased from them in the past). Nice folks at front desk. A+ service overall. I will take my business here consistently. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I've been going here for twenty years, and I would not go anywhere else.
My car recently lost heat, and the technicians took care of a host of issues in record time so I could pick up my daughter from school.
They always do a great job.
