Jamie is amazing. She meticulously yet effortlessly fixed the chop job I gave myself with exactly the cut we decided on, then did a keratin treatment. I used to be at salons for 2-3 hours but she was finished in an hour n some change. Game changer. I will definitely be back. Thanks, Jamie!

Lynn and Jamie are both wonderful! This salon is also clean and they always do an amazing job! Angela also gives the best washes and blows dries your hair fantastic! I will always recommend this place!!!

I just got an amazing hair cut done here.
Lynn did an amazing job cutting my hair into an amazing style, and Angela was great with the shampoo and blow drying!! I highly recommended this salon!!

This is hands down the best salon I’ve ever been to! Girls were very knowledgeable , so friendly & welcoming. I got the best color & cut my hair never looked so good. I would highly recommend this salon.

I went in asking for dark blonde hair. My natural hair color is a level 6. I specifically said that I wanted dark blonde, no bleach blonde, no bleach. My hair was already damaged from bleach, and the existing color was a level 10 with some champaigne blonde running through. She bleached my roots, put a toner over it, and my hair was a white blonde, looked so phony, so unnatural, not what I wanted, and my hair couldn't be dried because of the bleach, and it was December. I was put under a dryer. A couple days later I went back for another toner, and the hair looked better than what it was, but at that point, it was platinum instead of that white color, and the platinum at least blended better, but still wasn't what I wanted, still wasn't the best choice for my coloring or what I wanted. The haircut it seemed left one side shorter than the other on the length, and I specifically said that I didn't want layers, and ended up with shorter pieces around the face, which I had before and grew out because it looked like those shorter pieces didn't blend with the rest of the hair, as if the short sides stood out, wasn't part of the rest of the hair. My natural color is a level 6. I just wanted a dark blonde, which is a level 7. I would have been content with a level 8 champaigne blonde, though wanted the dark blonde because it best suits my coloring, is my favorite hair color. The parking stinks too. I had to park on the street. I was told to come back every three weeks to bleach the scalp. For what? I don't want bleach, don't want the bleached blonde color, and bleach on the scalp to do the roots I feel uncomfortable with, not to mention, I don't want to risk further damage to my hair. I just want long, one length, dark blonde hair that is even in color from roots to tips, and doesn't break my hair or my finances.

All I wanted was my level 6 roots to be colored a beige blonde. My roots got bleached abd a toner was put on, and from my ears up, the hair was a white blonde, lighter than platinum, a color I didn't want, didn't like, was washibg me out, looked phony, and from the ears down was the champaigne blonde I already had and wanted. It was in December, and she didn't want to dry my hair because it was bleached, and I said I didn't want to go out in the cold with wet hair, so I went out with damp hair after being put under a dryer. I was looking for a level 8, and I was told a level 8 was put on, but it was clearly so white blonde. I went back two days later after calling to convey how much I hate my hair, and a to er was put on, which it made it a lot better than it was, but it was still a platinum blonde and I wanted a beige blonde. I also didn't want bleach on my roots. To my recollection, hairdressers of the past lifted my roots to a level 10 blonde, no orange, with a high lift, and I didn't want a level 10, wanted to darken my hair to a more natural shade. I was told my hair wouldn't lift without bleach. My hair was already damaged and broken off at the top because a previous place bleached the roots and the bleach overlapped and melted the hair off,

My lifelong hair salon ! Jaime brought my hair back to life and really listens and respects what I am asking with wonderful suggestions without pressure. And, besides her extraordinary talent, she has so much patience and compassion.
I am so thankful to have come across this salon which I actually went in get some last minute highlights for an event and will never go anywhere else.
Salon is very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
Jaime and Lynn are always kind and friendly.
I wholeheartedly recommend this salon .

I went to Headlines back in April 2024, Jamie seemed to have an attitude towards me and rushed over my hair. She was more friendly and took her time with her other client ( white woman). My complaints were dismissed by the owner and Jamie was praised. Would not recommend this salon to anyone.

Amazing place! My highlights look great! Jamie and the owner of this place went above and beyond to make sure I get a great service. They were very patient too since I had my toddler with me. Shaynna and Jamie are gems. Wonderful experience and amazing techniques. I have had blow outs, hair cuts, highlights, balayages and root touch ups and they both blow it out of the park each time. I’ve been to some extremely expensive salons in the past, and the hairdressers do what they want, not what you ask for.. not here. I’m so grateful to have met them. Headlines has a forever customer!
