I asked 3 different employees if someone can help me in the paint department. Every single one said they will get someone. They never called anyone. I waited an hour for anyone to help me. That's absolutely ridiculous. There was employees standing around talking to each other, walking by me etc. Absolutely horrible customer service

I came for a curbside pickup order 12/21/2024. I was sort of having a bad day but a worker named Lisa came out and was an absolute breath of fresh air. Her upbeat friendly personality made my absolute day. Thank you Lisa for reminding me to smile today! ❤️

My guy MAURICE !!! I was looking for a deal that i did not know expired and sales associate Maurice dropped what he was doing and helped me build a " combo pack " that was similar to what i was looking for and cost effective . I will 1000% come back here and will recommend people to shop at this Home Depot . Exceptional customer service . Thanks Maurice 🙏

I’m a little late on this but had a great experience with Jessica at the pick up counter on 11/16. Very pleasant and personable. The next time a case of the lazys gets me I know I’ll be in good hands ordering online and picking up here

Terrible customer service. Went to get some wood slats & needed them cure down. Took 45min just to get someone to help me then when I fi ally got someone he tells me he doesn't know how to work the electric saw & will go get someone to help; 45min later after I loaded the slats on the cart waited another 45mins & still no one came. Had someone paged 3x & still no one. Ended up walking out the store without getting what I came for. Absolutely the worst customer service!

Mixed experience here. Some of the staff here were way more friendly and helpful than expected. Still had the Home Depot (and to be fair, Lowes is no better) usual difficulty finding (anywhere, even with assistance) many of the things I came here to buy.

By far the worst Home Depot around, ask anyone for help...its not their section and they keep walking. You look around and there is four of them on their phones. Ive got the confirmation email and text that what ive ordered is ready for pickup, get there four and a half hours later ( one hour before closing) and told its still on the truck and if i can come back tomorrow, but I cant so they say ive to wait 35 minutes for them to get it. Three times this as happened. I dont know who the manager is of this store but they have to be clueless. Ive went to other Home Depots further away for materials rather than come here. Better stock and attitudes in North Haven go there instead.
Update: ended up waiting over an hour for this order, FIVE AND A HALF HOURS after i got the email it was ready for pickup. I got the order ten minutes before closing, I asked the lady at service desk for the manager and hes unavailable for ten to fifteen minutes because hes with a customer....yeah right. They obviously didn't want to unload the delivery truck and wanted to leave it for next shift not that it would be any better. No one follows up on delivery unloading in this place....zero management..none. Ill be contacting Home Depot regional management about today, it was the worst ever but not at all surprising from this place.
