Johnson's Duckpin Lanes offers a unique duckpin bowling experience, a little-known variation of the game with smaller balls and pins. It has been a staple for local residents for over six decades. Visitors describe it as a low-key, unstressful, and enjoyable place that is great for a fun outing with friends and family. The environment is cool, pretty chill, and super cute, with the business located in a basement. Many note it is the best bowling place in town. The staff are consistently noted as friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. Pricing is considered fair, and the facility is very clean. It features a few arcade games and a claw machine, making for a great time that brings out your inner child.
What a lovely family friendly place. We got the 90 min Groupon and it felt more than sufficient to get a few full games in. Old school scoring pencil and paper gives it that classic charm. The staff were smiling and friendly and wonderful. All in all a great fanily outing for under $50. These days thats almost impossible.
