A teller asked me to remove my mask. I obviously refused this strange and unsafe demand. I had a regular blue cdc approved mask. No one else in the bank was asked to remove their mask. The transaction was for a very small amount. KeyBank needs to invest in some diversity training for their employees. Every customer should receive the same level of customer service and experience. Asking someone to remove their mask during a pandemic, putting their life in danger, is unacceptable. I would never recommend this financial institution.

If u could give a negative 5 I would, poor organization I had schedule and appointment the day before when I got there I had to wait in line outside with a 82 degree weather, l’m pregnant and the sun was pretty intense at this time of the day, CARMEN R RIPOLL who helped me was nice until I said the amount of money I wanted to take out, she keep going back and forward while I waited more than 30 mins to get my money, she never apologize because I had to wait, I keep hearing how she was telling her co workers the amount I wanted as if it was funny, asked me where I work and where the money came from and a bunch of questions I know I wouldn’t been ask if I would’ve been white, she made a really inappropriate comment as to insinuate where the money came from, so if you are Hispanic or Black do not go to this location they will racially profile you and belittle you.
