“Outstanding Service from Eric Z at Contractors Direct I can’t say enough about how valuable Eric Z at Contractors Direct has been to me. He has gone far beyond what I would consider the normal role of a sales agent. Eric has become a genuine part of my purchasing team. What sets Eric apart is that he actually takes the time to understand my needs, my projects, and what I’m trying to accomplish. He doesn’t simply process an order and move on. He listens, researches options, helps me find the right products, follows up, and makes himself available when I need assistance. I always feel like he is looking out for my best interests and working with me to find the best solution. Having someone like Eric on my side has made purchasing substantially easier and more efficient. He has saved me time, helped me navigate countless purchasing decisions, and consistently provided the kind of personal attention that is becoming increasingly rare. I genuinely consider Eric an incredible asset to my operation. He has earned my trust, and I know that when I reach out to him, I’m not just talking to a salesperson—I’m talking to someone who understands my needs and is invested in helping me succeed. Contractors Direct is fortunate to have someone like Eric Z on their team. Five stars doesn’t really capture the level of service he provides. If you have the opportunity to work with Eric, I highly recommend him. He is the kind of professional you want in your corner.”

“I decided to sell my condo this year and knew I had to have the kitchen renovated in order to attract buyers. Rob came highly recommended to me and I couldn't be happier with the work he did. Not only did he turn an old, dark, outdated kitchen into a beautiful, clean and bright living space, but he was a pleasure to work with. I found him to be reliable, knowledgeable and meticulous in his workmanship. I highly recommend Rob, and will most definitely hire him again for any future renovations!”

“I just ordered my new shower stall from Bender in New Haven. Shower basin, walls, diverter, trim, shelves and footrest. Dillon in the New Haven showroom was very helpful and patient, answering all of our questions. He made great product recommendations and made the experience of picking out the right product easy and enjoyable. I will be back to meet with Dillon when it is time to pick the shower doors, vanity and faucet. Great job!”

“I had a frustrating experience with an incorrectly ordered extra faucet and was initially faced with an exorbitant restocking fee to resolve the mistake. Fortunately, Skylar from Express Kitchens stepped in and handled the situation professionally, efficiently, and fairly. He took the time to address the issue and find a reasonable resolution, turning a frustrating experience into a positive one. While the initial experience was disappointing, Skylar’s customer service made a real difference and reflected the level of professionalism and accountability I would hope to see from a company. I appreciate his help and willingness to make things right. If you’re doing business with Express Kitchens, I highly recommend asking to work with Skylar. He demonstrated what good customer service should look like.”

“Sharon has been a pleasure to work with. I started working with Sharon on my own bathroom project. Since, it has grown into sending customers to sit and order from her. Her knowledge of products on hand is outstanding. Sharon is very easy to deal with and always returns messages via email, voicemail in a timely manner. Highly recommend working with Sharon for your next kitchen or bath renovation. MM”
