Excellent customer service. We are on Maui and needed a few extra pieces for the fireplace after it had shipped and Chris was very quick to respond and helped us find everything we needed and get it shipped out very quickly.

There were two issues with the order and they easily resolved them both. Good experience overall. Great communication with Chris, and product was priced well. Will be buying another fireplace at some point from them from for the upstairs. Solid.
