I actually love the variety in this Marshalls. They definitely had some great deals in the store. I think that they have great stuff! On the other hand, there were two separate customers that happen to be very rude literally for no reason so I didn’t appreciate that. The staff were okay the girl who rang me out talked so low I could barely hear what she was saying to me. I would go back, I just hope my experience is better next time around.

Love Marshalls and always visit this store when I'm in CT. Received 5 star service from my cashier Terri today. I purchased 2 nightstands and one did not have a tag. Terri went out of her way to confirm whether or not the nightstands were on sale. However, a manager (Tim) rudely told her that the items were not on sale without checking. Fortunately for me, another manager followed up on Terri's request and guess what, the items were 20% off. This would have been a 5 star review if it weren't for Tim.

Your typical Marshalls. Nothing fancy but nothing ghetto either. A good selection of products. We were just browsing so we didn’t end up buying anything but it wasn’t sketchy or miserable to walk around and everything was pretty organized

For the first time in years, the quantity of inventory surpassed my expectations. Unfortunately, the quality was not up to par pre-Covid. Much of the merchandise looked like it was 4 to 10 years old mixed in with one or two small displays of new merchandise. The store was very crowded, and it was difficult to navigate the aisles. It was apparent that there wasn't enough staff to merchandise the displays appropriately. There seems to be a good selection of sizes, but nothing really looked like you couldn't live without it. I know there are supply chain issues, but Marshalls used to be my go to place for items that were marked down because it was just off-season. I do hope the buyers if they are experienced, will resume finding quality at a bargain price.
