I would never use them if you are a student or person from a different state. They are not CVS they are out of network look for a huge bill afterwards. They don’t work on payment plans or any assistance.

My wife and I recently visited this Minute Clinic for some preventative screenings, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Sharon, the nurse practitioner, was absolutely wonderful—warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. She made what could have been a routine visit feel genuinely pleasant and reassuring. You can really tell they care about their patients here. Highly recommend this location if you're looking for compassionate, quality care!

I love going to healthcare places without divulging that I am an ICU RN. The NP Tarsi had great manners, very knowledgeable and got me out pretty fast. While there I txtd a few other nurses who needed their Flu vaccine bc I was that impressed. I would definitely recommend.

They say they take walkins but they don't actually and the pharmacy staff won't help either.

This place advertised that they accept appointments AND walk-ins. I go to get seen, just to find out they can't see me because they're booked for the day. That takes away from the convenience of the walk-in service, if I have to schedule an appointment.

I wa seen promptly. It helps if you pre-register online. I went to Hamden,CT clinic. Saw NP Jones. She was through and pleasant. I was very comfortable as this was my first visit...usually go to my GP. Good alternative to an emergency room if it's not that urgent. Very good service.

lady at the front desk was rude, wouldn’t let me be seen because I didn’t have an appointment I said I thought it was walk ins she said “nope we don’t do walk ins here” but every MinuteClinic sign states “we accept walk ins!” make it make sense

Injured thumb on a broken piece of glass and it left a sizable wound. Went in and the nurse was incredibly rude from the jump, laughing when I explained the story. She was disrespectful the whole time even though I explained how I believed it needed stitches. She didn’t even look closely at it and just gave me packets of ointment. Absolute waste of time. Went to a different urgent care the next day and they said it needed stitches right away. Not only was the staff rude and disrespectful at this establishment, but it seems they are also unqualified to do their job. Would give 0 stars if I could.
