I wa seen promptly. It helps if you pre-register online. I went to Hamden,CT clinic. Saw NP Jones. She was through and pleasant. I was very comfortable as this was my first visit...usually go to my GP. Good alternative to an emergency room if it's not that urgent. Very good service.

lady at the front desk was rude, wouldn’t let me be seen because I didn’t have an appointment I said I thought it was walk ins she said “nope we don’t do walk ins here” but every MinuteClinic sign states “we accept walk ins!” make it make sense

Injured thumb on a broken piece of glass and it left a sizable wound. Went in and the nurse was incredibly rude from the jump, laughing when I explained the story. She was disrespectful the whole time even though I explained how I believed it needed stitches. She didn’t even look closely at it and just gave me packets of ointment. Absolute waste of time. Went to a different urgent care the next day and they said it needed stitches right away. Not only was the staff rude and disrespectful at this establishment, but it seems they are also unqualified to do their job. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Danielle & Najlen were amazing!!! I came in for a last minute appointment and although they were busy they took me right away and they were so helpful. They both answered all of my questions and never seemed annoyed or overwhelmed. Absolutely no judgment it felt like a complete judgment free zone!Absolutely no judgment it felt like a complete judgment free zone These two women were outstanding minute clinic is so lucky to have both of them! Thank you so much

Called to talk to the minute clinic the lady EVELYN kept cutting me off and putting me on hold. I finally asked her to stop doing that it’s rude and not helping me talk to who i need to. I then get a call back from Danielle leaving me a message that i threatened to come cough on Evelyn!!! She instead of taking to me just believed this mad woman at the front desk! So ridiculous and now every time i call back trying to speak to the manager i just get put on hold and no one ever picks up!

This place SUCKS!! My son went in because he was very sick. They did a flu and strep test. Both negative. The NURSE says she sees mucus all over the back of his throat. He also had a fever. He explains he’s in college and been sick for days already and wanted an antibiotic. HE NEEDED AN ANTIBIOTIC!!!! She doesn’t give him anything. Recommends Afrin!! ARE YOU KIDDING? I try calling the minute clinic and can’t get an answer. Try calling the main corporate number.... NOTHING. NO ANSWER!! This is a JOKE!! DO NOT GO THERE!!! I’m sure when I don’t pay the bill someone will be calling me. What a disappointment this experience has been. Feels like a scam!!

Stated they close at 7:30 PM was there at 7:14 PM and was turned away because supposedly the computers shut down automatically at 7:15 so they close at 7:15 did you in form on the website. That we close at 7:15 not at 7:30 for that reason they getting one star. Instead go to the Hamden clinic it’s only half a block down the road better service bigger place and they do close at 8 PM no at 7:45pm. Hopefully somebody that cares like a manager see this posting in question the nurse on duty.

I went here because I was having major stomach cramps and I was vomiting. The two women working really acted like they didn’t know what I was suffering from, but ruled out the possibility of the issue being my appendix. They suggested pepto-bismol and a bland diet. I paid a 30$ copay and left.
