“I have begun relying more on Staples for various simple computer related items like a Flash Drive, and different cable requirements.
They have these simple things in stock (of course check the website first) not to mention the many Professional Printing aspects that are done in house.
I'm happy they are close enough to take a few minutes to get there pick up what you need and get back to work.”

I did not think any company would be able to help. All the big print shops wouldn't be able to deliver for 5 days. I called TYCO and they were wicked nice and said they can get the project done! “I have my mailbox at this store. The owner and staff have always been friendly and courteous to me and I've witnessed many customer interactions that were the same. The negative interactions are typically from a customer yelling at the staff usually caused by the customer screwing their own stuff up. I'm confused as to why there's so many bad reviews but I think it's mainly from entitled folks. #1 The UPS store didn't cause the pandemic. #2 The UPS store doesn't control your crappy buying habits that lead to you needing to return your crap back to Amazon. How do I know this? Because I have to stand in line behind you folks every day to get my mail. Buy your own packing tape. Bringing an open package to return that's not taped is like wiping your a** before you go.”

“I had a lot of questions about international shipping and Nadine was so helpful. Fedex is lucky to have her in the Branford office. She was teaching a new hire and she said “The F in Fedex stands for family, and we try to treat everyone like they’re our own.” It was then I realized that I had probably spoken with her on the phone a few times that week too. Nadine is the type of person that keeps people coming back to Fedex instead of going to the competition. She was incredibly hard working, patient and kind to everyone I saw her interact with.

“I arrived early. The person there greeted me right away and explained I needed to wait for my appointment time. I was there for fingerprinting and he explained for security reasons my file isn't delivered to him until the exact moment of the appointment. From a comfortable seat I observed a well run shop with a steady stream of customers. Everyone was greeted and their business was conducted smoothly and cordially. A minute before the appointed time I was called up and we did the fingerprint process. The gentleman explained what we were going to do and what would happen next. It was all very smoothly managed.”
