“Upgraded to 600dpi for small WWII era photos. Better contrast and dust removal than I can get with my flatbed scanner at 1200dpi. Great time saver and a digital archive to share. Will be back with more images for scanning.”

“We couldn’t be more smitten with the work Mark and the SIGNLite team have done to help bring our vision for Detect’s headquarters to life! From our newly installed backlit logo and signage wall to the branded window and door decals, Mark has brought tremendous creativity, ingenuity, and craftsmanship to every step of the process. What started as inspiration and a vision has become something truly special, thanks to his ability to think creatively, navigate challenges, and find solutions that bring ideas to life. One of the highlights of our experience was a remarkable tour of SIGNLite’s workshop, where Mark shared the history of his family’s multigenerational expertise in the sign and monument industry. Seeing the craftsmanship firsthand gave us an even greater appreciation for the skill, pride, and attention to detail behind their work. Mark’s deep expertise, refreshingly direct communication style, and collaborative approach have been invaluable. He’s not afraid to challenge an idea, offer a better solution, or work through complexities with us. Throughout the process, we’ve felt like a united team working toward a shared vision. I’ve included photos showing our original inspiration alongside the work completed to date, including the backlit signage and branded door decals. We’re now moving into Phase 2, incorporating a custom wood feature wall, and couldn’t be more excited to see the finished result. And with additional wayfinding signage designs and installations on the horizon, we can’t wait to see what Mark and his team dream up next! A fantastic partner, exceptional craftsmanship, and a genuine pleasure to work with. Highly recommend SIGNLite!”

“Sally and her incredible team designed my logo for my business. It's been about two years and every time I get use it I am so proud of how beautiful, meaningful and accurate to my trade that it is. They took so much time to go back and forth with ideas and tweaking it to make it really personal to my business partner and myself. We order our business cards from Sally as well and it may seem like a a small thing, but our cards are so beautiful and feel so soft that people take an extra moment and pay attention to it. Even more Sally keeps her pulse on businesses connecting businesses with one another and helping everyone she knows thrive. You couldn't possibly ask for someone who cares more”

“First time using this shop and I will definitely be using them for future items. I had a last min request for an outdoor banner needed by the next morning! I did not think any company would be able to help. All the big print shops wouldn't be able to deliver for 5 days. I called TYCO and they were wicked nice and said they can get the project done! I love supporting local shops and I think I have found my new print shop! Although I don't plan to be printing last min banners, it seems they have a wide range of services that I will be able to utilize. Very impressed by these guys!”

“I had a lot of questions about international shipping and Nadine was so helpful. Fedex is lucky to have her in the Branford office. She was teaching a new hire and she said “The F in Fedex stands for family, and we try to treat everyone like they’re our own.” It was then I realized that I had probably spoken with her on the phone a few times that week too. Nadine is the type of person that keeps people coming back to Fedex instead of going to the competition. She was incredibly hard working, patient and kind to everyone I saw her interact with. I hope companies like Fedex never forget the human touch of people like Nadine!”

“I have my mailbox at this store. The owner and staff have always been friendly and courteous to me and I've witnessed many customer interactions that were the same. The negative interactions are typically from a customer yelling at the staff usually caused by the customer screwing their own stuff up. I'm confused as to why there's so many bad reviews but I think it's mainly from entitled folks. #1 The UPS store didn't cause the pandemic. #2 The UPS store doesn't control your crappy buying habits that lead to you needing to return your crap back to Amazon. How do I know this? Because I have to stand in line behind you folks every day to get my mail. Buy your own packing tape. Bringing an open package to return that's not taped is like wiping your a** before you go.”
