“I arrived early. The person there greeted me right away and explained I needed to wait for my appointment time. I was there for fingerprinting and he explained for security reasons my file isn't delivered to him until the exact moment of the appointment. From a comfortable seat I observed a well run shop with a steady stream of customers. Everyone was greeted and their business was conducted smoothly and cordially. A minute before the appointed time I was called up and we did the fingerprint process. The gentleman explained what we were going to do and what would happen next. It was all very smoothly managed.”
