My favorite technician here is Robin. She is always kind, efficient, focused on providing solution and gives off a motherly vibe.
The last time I was in her office for blood withdrawal, her room was really hot, which she keeps it on purpose for the elderly. I found that very endearing.

No problems signing in when I arrived and I did not have to wait long. The tech who took my blood did an excellent job!

First time at this location since its remodel and upgrade. Was here twice in one day. Check in was efficient as first one was from the text message, 2nd was not but kiosk was easy to do. Wait time was good, facilities were clean, and staff were both friendly and proficient at their jobs.

When the needle was first inserted in my arm, I had extreme pain in my fingertips and pulsing where I felt like I was being electrocuted. I told the phlebotomist, and she did not respond or acknowledge, so I immediately pulled the needle out of my arm. Her response was aggravation with me, and she stated; "It's not like I hit a nerve" when that is exactly what happened. She then called in someone else to draw my blood. She did not ask if I was ok nor showed any concern for me or the fact that my action of pulling out the needle clearly indicated distress and pain on my part. Instead, her heavy sighing indicated that she was clearly aggravated and annoyed with me! I should probably give a lower rating, but I'm keeping in mind that the action, or lack of action and concern by one person should not affect the entire facility.

I've been to this location a few times and I've had good and bad experiences, so I give it a 3. This morning's experience prompted my review.
I took my mom here to get some urgent blood work done. We expected to wait, knowing that appointments take precedence. What we didn't anticipate was the phlebotomist rudely telling my mom she needed an appointment next time, that walk ins aren't taken on Saturdays. I spent the time she was in the room reading the FAQ page with the company policies. Of course people with an appointment should go first. Nobody was in the waiting room when Ms. Attitude came out to get the next patient, my mom in this instance. NOWHERE does it mention an appointment is required. If that's what you want, amend the hours online or amend the policy. Make it "by appointment only," then come at people with your attitude when they come in against the policy.
My mom said she apologized multiple times in the room. She got a call yesterday afternoon saying the doctor wanted her to get blood drawn ASAP. I also work in healthcare full-time. This is when I could bring her.
I know the difficulty of working in healthcare at this time. I've been in the field consecutively over the last 10 years and it's hard. But to be blatantly rude to patients like that, do better. I have patients walk into my job all the time on an emergency basis like we're a walk in and nobody is demanded to make an appointment. We may have to have someone leave and come back at a better time, but demanding an appointment? Not at my job, shouldn't be happening anywhere.
Also, a few years ago, I was told I could just drop off a urine sample by one employee and when I came to drop it off, a different person demanded I sign in. To put my paper bag of pee into a box I could see from the waiting room.
Ridiculous. We won't be returning to this location. Stinks that Quest is pretty much the only option in the area.

I had a great experience! The one star reviews due to no people checking you in may not know that this is the case at most, if not all, Quests these days. Everyone here was kind, results were prompt, and I was in and out in less than fifteen minutes (I had made an appointment).

Easy, convenient to set up an appt online beforehand to avoid waiting time as a walk-in. Then, when you arrive there's a "do it yourself" check-in kiosk which I loved! I hardly had any wait...seen within 10 min, blood was drawn immed by very nice, personable nurse (?) and I was all done...easy peasy! Highly recommend!

Quest is great. I highly recommend making an appointment rather than just showing up. It is less stressful and it is good for Quest too.
