my husband here basically everyday. He is always greeted with a smile and the service is great. It's part of his daily routine he needs that red-bull to start his day and to make sure Scorpion Transportation is provide the best service for his clients.

Not surprised at all this place has 0 stars. Take notes. Dropped off film in December, worker was eating her food while telling me what to fill out and didn't seem engaged at all. Never heard back called 2 weeks later and was told it still wasn't there. Came back now and was told the film was lost and there's nothing they can do about it. Employees all catch an attitude with you and forget you're the customer. Only one supervisor new decent customer service and tried to work with me. Avoid this walgreen at all costs, they don't know customer service and have an attitude when you call them out on their faults.

I normally don't review places like this but do not go to this Walgreens. Horrible employees. Ordered a Same Day photo book. Continued to call because it was never updated. I was told numerous times " I don't know" and "it'll be ready in an hour." Got a call 3 days later saying the machine was broken. Why didn't they tell me that days ago?? I got some day because it was time sensitive.

Zero stars. Scheduled a drive through Covid test a week in advance and drove 40 minutes to get there. The pharmacy drive through window was closed with a sign saying pharmacist not in and the lights were off. I called to tell them I was there for my appointment and was on hold for 30 minutes and then the line disconnected. I was not about to go in due to the pandemic and the email said drive through and there were no signs telling people otherwise. So you have to wait a week for an appointment and there isn't a drive through, I guess they expect people to go in but they don't tell you that. Had to leave and reschedule another hard to book test at another location that has drive through testing.

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible service. I scheduled a 2:15 covid test that takes place in the drive through. I do not own a car, so I have to use an uber, got there early at 2:07 there were 3 cars ahead of me and I didn't get to the window until 2:35 Way past my appointment time at 2:15 so I told The woman at the window I was on time but there was a line and been waiting for 30 plus minutes...she then said Im sorry but you have to wait a couple of seconds because she have to get paperwork...not only did this woman move like she was on no one's time but her own but no one showed up until 3pm....my Uber turned down other jobs waiting for me and had to leave, so now I had to stand in the middle of the drive through looking stupid with other cars waiting behind me. They were even servicing customers before me in the store that just hopped in line!...It literally takes less than 3 min to take the covid test- yet they were taking customers in the store that just go there, absolutely ridiculous service!

If I could give zero rating I would. I waited 30 minutes outside for an order pick up. called three times, was hung up on twice and finally drove away as I gave up on the order and was not looking to take a chance to go in store with my child and Covid scare. To top it off I was charged for order, order showed picked up which I never did. Called customer service 800 number was on hold for 40 minutes then transfered twice just to be told there is nothing they can do and that I have to go to store. Will never purchase from that store again. I have never had a problem with other location on Whitney avenue. Horrible customer service.
