Yesterday I went to the place to do a front alignment, apparently they didn't tighten the tire bolts properly and on the way home the tire fell off, we were about to have an accident on the road, before going to the shop my car was running fine.

Was in the area and had a spring brake on my tractor called to see about getting it fixed and was told that they might not be able to get it fixed until the next day but I wouldn’t go any further went down to the shop and they took my truck in and got me back on the road the same day these people are awesome and their price was very fairI live in Virginia and if I need work done again and can make it to them that is where I’m goingLoved the atmosphere of this placeThank you very much superior spring

DANGEROUS! I recently brought my truck in for a full front end inspection after I installed some new parts on it. They assured the front end was road worthy. Not more than 100 miles later, my front flew off and I crashed my truck in the street, luckily no one was hurt. I called asking about the incident but was told that the accident wasn’t their fault even though they claimed to have tightened all front end nuts and bolts. This shop was highly recommended to me by friends/family. Its clear now that they’re negligent, rude, and didn’t help remedy the accident.
