First time finally visiting this location after driving by it for almost 5yrs since moving to Cheshire! I'll definitely be back! In love with the Haven collection and love the current sales!! The Ridgefield location was my main location back in the days!!! Amazing quality authentic clothing!!!

Left the items I wanted to purchase at the check out as once again customer service was bad. Friendly enough staff but they assisted people out of line and took too long talking to customers when there was a number of people waiting to pay for their items. When I arrived at the check out there was only 1 employee there who had to walk away and ask for assistance from other employees jusy strolling around the store

I love Talbots in Hamden because of the abundant selection and very helpful salespeople. Today Claudia found a great jacket for me and even steamed out a wrinkle or two. Great service!

The store manager was very unaccommodating while I was trying to return an item. Fortunately, I called customer service and was able to return the item for a full refund by mail. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this store again.

This is one of the BEST Talbots I have ever been to! It is huge and takes up almost a whole shopping plaza. It has petites, plus size and women's all in one easy location. The staff are friendly and eager to help.
