Amazing manager and crew on location, anything wrong with the storage unit was fixed same day or in the same week, and will always keep you updated if anything happens! Would recommend putting stuff for storage here

I rented three units over the past year (moving up and down in size to accommodate what I needed to store) and can't say enough about how great it was to work with Lisa, the Hamden manager. She was helpful at all stages, including during my transitions and my protracted move out of state. She's good at sales and good at solving problems. The facility is clean and secure; I was confident in being there when the office was closed. Lisa even has a great playlist that is broadcast throughout the building -- it was actually enjoyable to stop by to visit my stuff. Kudos to her and the Lock Up.

The facility is well managed and clean, if I ever needed assistance with any of my storage needs I would call Lisa and she would address them immediately. I feel so comfortable and confident with my belongings being at the lockup storage in hamden, CT because Lisa is on top of everything. I have had multiple storage units in the last 3 years and each time Lisa made sure everything went smoothly. I always recommend this location to others!

The facility and units are very clean, organized, and nice. It is highly secure and with their access procedure it is very safe. The temperature controlled facility is great to keep your stored things protected. They have all the equipment to help make your move easy (flat bed rollers and a moving truck to use for free). The best part is…The employees are super nice and friendly! Lisa, the manager is awesome, accommodating, and very helpful!! Caroline was too.

The Lock Up is the best storage I have ever rented. I used to be at CubesMart in Hamden CT for over 15 years. Let me tell you, it is huge, I mean it huge difference. The Lock Up in Hamden is like renting luxury hotel room comparing to the CubeSmart.
Also, before deciding renting at Lock Up, I did shop round. I visited about about 8 locations like Uhaul, Extra Space...etc.., belive me they are far behind to what the Lock Up in Hamden offers you.
The Lock Up in Hamden offers true Climate Control, that means they control the temperature and Humidity. The other self storages no one offer Humidity control.
Super clean, the facility is really built to suit the customers in every way
On top of the great storage facility, there was Lisa who assisted. She was amazing.
She was very professional, really valued my time, the papers work and the billing were fast and straightforward. She really treated me like a king.
I am very happy with Hamden LockUp storage facility.

I had an excellent experience at Lock Up Storage! Lisa was awesome—she was very informative and took the time to go over the pricing for multiple units, making sure I had all the information I needed to make the best decision. She even gave us a tour of the facility, which was clean, secure, and well-organized. Lisa’s professionalism and attention to detail really stood out, and I truly appreciated her patience and helpfulness. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great service and peace of mind!

Process was quick and easy. Lisa was a pleasure to deal with. She even noticed the light in my unit was dim and replaced it immediately. The storage facility is clean and smells fresh without any signs of heavy chemicals. So far, a great experience.

This facility has a great process in place for new clients. I worked with a lovely young lady named Caroline who took the time to assist me with every aspect of my move in. From reviewing storage spaces available to breaking down the price ranges. She was extremely professional, attentive, and provided extraordinary customer service. I highly recommend this facility.
