After experiencing a major emergency at my house when my dishwasher malfunctioned caused severe water damage I was lost and was referred to Todd and the Public Adjusters. Todd came out that day and took over the handling of the claim as if it was his own home. My insurance company was extremely difficult and if it was not for Todd and his efforts I don’t know what the outcome would have been. Todd answered my questions and phone calls whenever I needed them. I know without using Todd and his company I would not have been able to handle this claim. I would strongly recommend calling this company immediately after suffering an emergency at your home.

Todd, Mike, Lisa, Julie, Mark, Wendy, and the rest of the TPA team helped us navigate a very difficult time. Their experience and expertise were valued by our insurance company and by the insurance company's independent adjuster. They worked very hard to secure a fair settlement. We can't thank them enough.

Horrible experience with Scott Moler. He was unreliable and flip-flopped many times regarding status and responsibilities.
All contact with Scott was initiated by me, never by Scott. I wouldn’t hear from him for weeks and I would have to call him to get updates. The updates ranged from waiting to hear from the adjuster, the damage is covered, we’re just waiting for parts price. Not once during the many MONTHS he was supposed to be helping me did Scott advise the claim would be denied. He advised me numerous times it is being covered.
At the beginning Scott advised to not to talk to the insurance adjuster, that he would handle all conversations with them. He advised me to notify the company handling the repairs to not speak with the insurance adjuster if they reached out. Later on Scott advised me to speak with the insurance adjuster, and then later told me to advise the repairs company to speak with them.
When the decision came that the claim was denied Scott assured me he would make an appeal and the claim would be further investigated. I never heard from him again. He never responded to my calls after that point.
It is very apparent that Scott lacks skill and experience with public adjusting, and certainly should not have been assigned to my case. He was not knowledgeable about the type of loss I had. Based on the Public’s Adjuster site, Scott is new and works small losses. Not my situation at all. He is also listed as being a community college student and clearly did not manage his time well. There are other adjusters listed who are far more experienced and skilled in my loss type, and I am very disappointed this company did not assign a more appropriate adjuster to my case.
I absolutely would not recommend this company, and at the very least would refuse to have Scott an adjuster.

A tree fell on my house in August 2024 creating 2 holes in my roof and water damage on the interior. Negotiating with the insurance company on my own was futile and I hired The Public’s Adjuster. Todd Moler, Mike Berube and Lisa Brewster all did a great job working with the insurance company and were able to reach a settlement that enabled me to get my house repaired and restored to pre-tree incident condition. Thank you all for your hard work. I would not hesitate to recommend The Public’s Adjuster to anyone in need of assistance with an insurance claim.

When I encountered difficulty in dealing with a homeowners insurance claim, I hired Mike Berube from The Public's Adjuster as an Independent Appraiser. Mike did a terrific job helping me navigate through the process and was able to successfully negotiate and obtain an outstanding settlement for me--a settlement which was 67% higher than the insurance company previously offered me. I would highly recommend Mike and The Public's Adjuster to help settle any homeowners policy claims!!!

The crew at The Public Adjuster did a phenomenal job guiding us through the cleanup after our basement flood and were incredibly thorough when inventorying damaged items so that we could replacement them. We were also able to reclaim money for items that were depreciated after we replaced them!

Todd, his team and office staff went above and beyond for us. The insurance company gave us very little and Todd made sure he got the number that satisfied us. If you are looking for an adjuster DO NOT hesitate to work with Todd and his team! Thank you for all you have done!!!!

Even though I didn’t have a claim that they could help with, I would recommend anyone struggling with home owners insurance to contact this company. They spoke with me for over 30 minutes (for free) and gave me some really valuable insights and advice for my situation. I had called multiple places before this one and got no where. They didn’t have to take the time to help me, but they did and I’m incredibly grateful.

TPA was fantastic! Todd and his team were professional, friendly, and highly effective in dealing with our insurance company. The insurance company tried to shrug off responsibility but Todd made sure we were fairly compensated, can't thank TPA enough!
