“The store is clean and organized and the staff was nice. The shelves were stocked and the store was organized. They have self checkout but assist you. I didn't love the pricing on the rugs ($15) but they are larger than when they were $5.”
“Went yesterday for my first time, needed a new battery for my rc, well he didn't have any batteries with the same connector, so he opened up a new rc car box, grabbed the battery out of it, got a connector that fit the new battery, and used my old battery to make me an adapter for that style connector (which is more popular style connector) great experience overall, fun banter, great prices, excellent craftsmanship on the adaptor he made for me.

“Is there a better Retro Games Plus? Yes. Is this place still really good? Also yes. I'd recommend going to Norwalk, but if you can't this stop is the better of the two Orange, CT retro game stores. Decent sized catalog and deals off certain consoles which aren't that rare to collect for. Looking through the caseless disc games can be rough sometimes.”

“One of the last stores that sell greetings cards with interests gifts ideas. Hallmark in the mall is gone supermarkets and pharmacies are a choice but this store have a much better and bigger selection of cards.”

“The staff at this store are so wonderful. They always greet customers when they walk in and they keep the store clean and organized. Today however, they went SO above and beyond that I had to stop and write this review. This store is my six year old son’s favorite store. He received a gift card from his aunt for his Birthday and was excited to come choose a toy today. However he somehow managed to lose his gift card while choosing a toy. Upon asking the clerk (perhaps the manager I believe his name is Justin) if anyone turned in a $10 gift card my son began to cry. Well that wasn’t going to fly here! Despite the busy Holiday rush, several clerks jumped into action! It was so sweet - they allowed him to choose a toy AND replaced his $10 giftcard. This gesture was so very kind. It made my sons day. We will not forget their kindness, it is so rare these days. Nice work Team Branford Five Below!!!!!”

“I have been coming to this wonderful establishment, on and off, for years— for holidays, bdays, etc. Today, I was searching for a gift for a one year old.
Olivia greeted me. She was so incredibly helpful! She also helped me select a few things to keep my granddaughters entertained on the plane to Florida. I experienced outstanding customer service. Lieliana, who was at the cash register, was lovely as well. These two young woman are examples of great young people with bright futures! They were just lovely!
