This Lady name is Michelle, everytime I go to this post office, she gives me a hell of a time. One time I got there at 4:50pm, she told me that they are close, another time, I came in with my own tape and she said that I need to pay for the tape I took. And today I went there to return a package, she refused to take them because I couldn’t lift it to put it on the scale, she said if its too heavy for you to put it on top of the scale, I cannot take it. I had to go back to a different usps and they were more than happy to help me. People like her should not be working with customers, I believe she’s very unhappy with her job, and shes taking her madness on others. She needs to be fired, she’s very rude and uneducated. I have video of the situation, if she gives me a hard time again I will get my lawyer involve. Get this lady out of this post office.

Had a similar experience to most people leaving reviews. They really need to update their hours on the website as it says they open at 7:30AM and close at 5PM but it’s almost 8AM and no one is here yet and everything is still closed up. It also looks like according to reviews, they also close up early at 4PM. When I called to check the hours, the lady who works here was extremely rude for reason and told me they don’t open til 8. Wouldn’t recommend this one.

Rude person. Uncaring. Even the manager interrupted when I was trying to send my one parcel to ask the nice person (2 tellers one rude & one nice) questions that did not relate to me and did not sound urgent. Why ?

I’m at the post office dropping off packages at least three times a week. This is the best post office in the area. Everyone is always very kind and extremely helpful.

Checked online, says open until 5. Went in at 4 and everything was closed up. The sign in the post office confirmed it should be open until 5, but it was not. Given that it’s the holiday season you’d think they would at least update store hours to reflect when they will be there. But they are nice and work quickly when they are open

The lady’s behind the desk are always rude. They decide to close early when they want to , not when the post office hours are. Absolutely terrible, especially around the holidays.

The service is little bit slow but the staff do their best. I'm often visiting this post office and I have not had any issue with my packages or something else. The staff is welcoming, responsible and professional. Nice post office. The location is also pretty convenient for me.

This bad review is for one particular worker the lady on the picture she is very unprofessional and just lazy everytime I have to deal with her it’s a problem. I do online business so I normally ship a lot of packages everytime she sees a customer with a lot of packages she will start making up complaints and reasons on how she wouldn’t be able to do the packages. When it comes to other workers on the same location I never had any problems it’s always the same lady. I even stop visiting this location just so I don’t have to deal with her.
