Is running there business like it was a 5 star restaurant! It’s not just what you have on the shelf’s which slow puffs has a huge variety but the employees and managers are super knowledgable ,friendly and they can explain any questions you may have . It really makes a difference when your managers and employees are able to explain products and give you solid answers and advice!
I live a good amount of distance away from Hamden and I will go out of my way to get there because it’s worth it !I need to give a huge shout out too Hanna who has been incredibly helpful and supportive whenever I get to her store ! She is incredible and a great store manager Thank you for all you do

“I love this place! Seriously, I have been vaping for 10 years & I have been in & out of a lot of different vape shops. Some decent, some dumps. Hohmtown is one of the best I’ve ever found. The staff knows what they are talking about & actually takes the time to answer any questions you may have. They are very patient with people like me who have a lot of questions. The shop has a vibe to it that is welcoming & makes you want to just hang out & shoot the bull with them. Their selection is great for juices, salts, mods & tanks, among other things. The best thing is that if they don’t have what you are looking for, they will special order it for you. If they can find it, they will order it. I’ve had this done many times & it was fast & easy. I could go on & on about how much I like this vape shop but it would take way too much room. If you are in the Hamden area (even if you aren’t) stop by & check them out. I can’t stress it enough that they have a great shop with an experienced, knowledgable staff.”

“Not your average dispensary. Just wanted to shout out the budtender working today July 12th 2026- she was on her game and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable after a kind of confusing checkout situation. There were pre-orders, walk ins, no clear order for the line, her receipt printer ran out halfway through, she got a radio call, it was impressive. TBH one person shouldn't be handling all that, yall should take a page out of Chick fil-a's book w the pre-order and in person ordering being separate - just my 2 cents. Love this place, best tree in town.”
