Pharmacy is very bad and unkind . lot of customers stay long time waiting line worker very slow move has long face need more worker for customers. Worst pharmacy in the world I spent 30 minutes every time at there fxxxxxㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Use literally any other one.1. They gave me two of the same med and I am missing the one I need.2. It took them 3 days to fill 2 prescriptions and when we got there, they still needed several more hours to fill it.3. Sat in line for at least 15 minutes for each of the 3 times we went today.Order your prescriptions at least a week ahead of time.

Horribly understaffed pharmacy, so much so that the hours are unpredictable. Sometimes closing HOURS BEFORE posted closing. People need their medicine. This has been going on for over a year. The establishment should be embarrassed.

Just because there is no option for 0 star this pharmacy is a nightmare here in with. 101.3 fever and had to call 5 times because I waited for 17 mi s first they said I was 3 in line and in my turn they disconnected my call, I called a second time and waited for 12 mins they never answered, I called their costumer center the 1800 number and they transferred me to the wrong pharmacy location after waiting for another 14 mins and then finally after 9 minutes I was able to get my prescription problem resolved, there either short staffed or they are just incompetent that they can not operate the drive window, the inside window and the phone., the first time I used this pharmacy when I moved my prescription from a very good and professional pharmacy CVS in Connecticut Ave was a shocker in the drive window had to way for 38 mins because they were so slow! Plus their manger and attitude that time was really unprofessional. I wish a haber other options but unfortunately I will have to put up with this pharmacy. Until I find a better option.

Walgreens closed down the rite aid. Moved my prescriptions to Walgreens. Line is over an hour and still in line.

This location sucks. They make their own rules. Had setup an appointment to get COVID vaccine main dose. Upon arrival was told, only hospitals are allowed to give main vaccine and others are only allowed to give boosters. Turned out to be a false statement. Another day uploaded passport size pics for print out and the gentlemen refused to print once I get into store telling me that it is illegal to print passport size pictures. Another Walgreens happily printed the same file. Will never go back again.

If you need a prescription filled, you better do it about a week ahead of time. It seems like that’s how long it takes them to fill it and you cannot reach them by phone to ask about it.

I and a line of individuals waited for 20+ minutes in the pharmacy line. NEVER RECEIVED HELP. A single pharmacist was running the drive-through while also manning the phones. Beyond short staffed. All I wanted was them to run my covid tests through insurance so I wouldn't have to pay as much. I paid full price in the front and will never come back to this location.

I find this Walgreens pharmacy to be the best. It is close to home with a decent drive thru unlike competitors.I’ve received my vaccines as scheduled and see no negative issues at all.Insurance issues have not been their problem as some medications are now in a different tier causing problems with eye drops, for example.I recommend this pharmacy for its great help. The store has all the basics and is uncluttered. The register upfront can be backed up so two people are needed. No problem for me to wait a few minutes.

2 out of my last 4 visits, the pharmacy was closed during normal day hours.Longer than normal wait time to fill a prescription.Called twice, the pharmacy didn’t pick up the phone, and the calls were transferred to the front store.Overall, customer service is good and consistent.

I’ve used this pharmacy for years. Suddenly they have problems with my insurance. Understaffed, called 3 times yesterday, on hold for over 20 minutes each time, with no answer. Showed up in person at 3pm, no one in pharmacy. Windows closed. Went back today and lead pharmacist literally told me to goto CVS. I will.
