Don't go there service is bad they have me waiting for 15 min for a override to take money out and then they told have wait 5 day so can take my money out and I call customer service and they fix everything for me they don't know what they are doing in that location

What the hell is wrong with the management of this branch? Service is ultra slow and inefficient

I've only used the atm, so I can't comment on the customer service. Atm is well lit and need card to get in lobby door after hours. Plenty of parking as it's a full shopping center with lots of other stores. Easy in and out dixwell ave, conveniently located to parkway exit 60. This bank also has a drive tbru.
