Cashier does not know how to do a return. Couldn’t give me a return and stated that my card was the problem. She’ll get better cashiers. I actually know how to even print out a receipt for you. Sold me something that was old and moldy and couldn’t replace it due to the fact that it wasn’t processing on my card because he didn’t know what he was doing. I shouldn’t be an issue for a refund.

Worst station on Dixwell for customer service! The tall girl, tall and short guys are rude, snarky, disrespectful $&&holes! The short girl is as pleasant as can be though. Management needs to thin the herd of these bad apples because without customers you have no business! Been going to this station 30 years and many owners and brands and I’m finally done. At the very least the short guy should be fired because he’s the biggest offender. Been going to Alltown now and get treated MUCH better and my cars run much better on their fuel than the watered down trash they sell here! Avoid this place!

This is the second time in a week I’ve been there , paid cash for gas to get lower price tall Clerk was very rude both times never acknowledge me ask question , never looked or answered me , will not go back

People who work in this store have a attitude one went outside complaining about the store and saying bad words and the one in the cashier was rude saying mind my own bessness I guess the y don't like to work

The worst service also The employees informed me that they don’t have to wear masks the management said this bad to tell your employees there is a very bad virus going around protect your customers .I don’t wish to do any Business moving forward I believe Hamden is mask mandated in store

I want to express my sincere thanks to Wheels for keeping gas pricing stable for the citizens of Hamden and the surrounding area. Its a stop I make every week and I love their clean store inside and always bring something home that we need. I was a customer supervisor for SNET for 24 yrs and I know what great customer service is and thats what we strive to give to our customersI can't say enough about this stations staff. The are outstanding individuals that work as a"team" and strive to be professional and cordial to their customers. Without a crew like this a company cannot surviveI would like to especially thank two key players in this operation who exemplify great customer service.
