YY Nails & Spa is a friendly and welcoming salon where the staff takes the time to get to know their customers. The team, including Amy, May, Amber, and Tony, provides a warm and courteous service. Although there was a misunderstanding about a staff interaction, it was clarified that it was a cultural courtesy and not an argument. Despite this, the salon has had some issues with staff conflicts, which can be unsettling for customers. However, the staff, like May, are apologetic and professional.
